据悉澳大利亚EESS于2021年6月发布新的信息公告（#21-030），帮助理解适用于电源和电池充电器（低压范围内电气设备）的正确相关标准。该标准于2021年6月15日起开始生效，过渡期为一年，至2022年6月15日止。

以下是六种主要的产品类别及检测标准:
1、 一般用途电源适配器
相关安全标准为AS/NZS 61558.2.6，开关电源为AS/NZS 61558.2.16。
证书及使用说明书不需要指定与电源适配器一起使用的任何特定品牌或设备类型
2、配套特定Class Ⅲ结构器具的电源适配器
相关安全标准为电器的相关AS/NZS 60335 系列标准 (电源适配器与Class III设备需针对AS/NZS 60335.1 及相关第2 部分一起测试)
证书及使用说明书上需指定与电源适配器一起使用的设备品牌和类型
3、随特定(ITE、音频、视频)电子设备提供的电源适配器
相关安全标准为AS/NZS 60065或 AS/NZS 60950.1 (两者将于2022年2月15日被AS/NZS 62368.1取代）
证书及使用说明书上需指定与电源适配器一起使用的设备品牌和类型
4、随照明设备提供/用于照明设备的电源适配器
相关安全标准:
a.电子类型：
– 发光半导体驱动器: AS/NZS61347.2.13
– 其他:AS/NZS 61347.2.2
b. 铁磁类型：AS/NZS 61558.2.6
证书及使用说明书上需指定与电源适配器一起使用的类型 (如与其他设备一起出售，则该设备的品牌也须一起提供)
5、电池充电器
相关安全标准为AS/NZS 60335.2.29
证书及使用说明书上需指定由电池充电器充电的电池类型
6、配备特定电子(ITE、音频、视频)设备的电池充电器
相关安全标准为AS/NZS 62368.1 或 AS/NZS 60335.2.29
如果使用AS/NZS 62368.1，则证书及使用说明书需指定要使用电池充电器的设备品牌和类型
以下条件适用于过渡协议：
对于变更申请，都将在2022年6月15日起执行此要求（此日期前为过渡期），涉及添加新型号的除外。如果在公告发布日之前已签发的测试报告（2021年6月15日之前签发的报告），也可以适用过渡期安排。
因此，对于在2021年6月15日之前签发测试报告的新申请和更新申请，并不会按此要求执行。
